H.O.P.E. Our Street Outreach: Bridging the Gap
New H.O.P.E. CDC's Bridging the Gap outreach program is dedicated to supporting the unsheltered community. We actively engage with their experiences, believing that addressing their immediate needs is the first step in preventing and ending homelessness.
New H.O.P.E. CDC's Bridging the Gap outreach program is a distinctive initiative crafted to identify and assist the unsheltered community. We not only extend our arms and a helping hand but also immerse ourselves in their world. We firmly believe that the initial stride toward preventing and ending homelessness is to address the immediate needs of those currently unsheltered.
New H.O.P.E. CDC recognizes the urgency of addressing the immediate housing needs of the unsheltered community. To better assist individuals in crisis, we are excited to announce the development of future mobile day centers and night shelters. This initiative aims to provide temporary housing solutions by partnering with local agencies. Through this program, individuals will have access to the mobile day centers and night shelters, offering services like laundry, showers, and health support to provide a supportive environment while we work collaboratively towards more sustainable long-term solutions.
Mobile Day Centers & Night Shelters
