Jon T. Vincent, CPA, CFF, PFS, ABV, CGMA, CBI serves as our Chairman of the Board. He is an entrepreneur with a long, established history as a leader in the Wilmington business community.

Jon is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Jon T. Vincent, CPA, P.C. Jon specializes in providing solutions to complex business problems with special emphasis on business consulting, personal financial planning, financial forensics, business valuation, bankruptcy and real estate accounting, investing, and development.

Jon T. Vincent, is the President and Chief Executive Officer of JTV Investments, LLC, which assists new ventures in obtaining investment capital and or loans. Vincent has helped businesses raise over $60 million in investment capital over the last 20 years. Vincent also operates an accounting practice that specializes in business consulting, forensic accounting, and valuation services.

Vincent has been instrumental in developing over one million square feet of office buildings and commercial retail centers in eastern North Carolina. In addition, Vincent has invested in award winning residential developments such as Parkside at Mayfaire, Seagrove at Carolina Beach and the Mews at Landfall.

In 1978, Jon received his BS in Accounting from Delta State University. He is a member of many associations, including:

In addition to his work with New H.O.P.E CDC Jon has actively served on boards of various community organizations. He has served as the Founder and Board Chairman of Port City Capital Bank, Board Member and Chairman of the Finance Committee of Saint Mark Catholic Church, Chairman of the Finance Committee of Cape Fear Academy, Board Member and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Crescent State Bank, and Commissioner of the Wilmington Housing Authority. Jon is also the Treasurer of the Promise Foundation, a non-profit organization that promotes the educational advancement of children in our community.
