New Helping Ordinary People Excel Community Development Corporation (H.O.P.E. CDC), a 501(c)3 organization founded in 2021, stems from Pastor Robert Campbell, CEO, in his unwavering dedication to developing programs and services to make our community a better place to live.

The vision is comprehensive and impactful. Comprised of four key components, Housing, Education, Recovery and Economic Empowerment,  H.O.P.E. CDC addresses critical aspects of community development.  Existing and upcoming projects and programs show a commitment to holistic improvement, including affordable housing for seniors and families, rental assistance, peer support, job and skills training, small-business development and so much more.
